Reaching the venue - Group transportation
We have arranged for group bus transportation every morning from the hotel area to the University and back again.
There will be bus transportation at the following times and hotels: (Please notice that participants staying at other hotels need to walk to one of the hotels given in the timetable underneath. Ask at the front desk at your hotel if you are not sure of the location)
Morning busses
Friday, Aug. 20th , Saturday, Aug. 21st Sunday, Aug. 22nd and Monday, Aug. 23rd:- Bus 1: First Hotel Grand at 7.40, Hotel Cab Inn at 7.45 and The City Hotel at 7.50
- Bus 2: Hotel Ansgar at 7.45
- Take bus 1 if you are staying at: Hotel Ydes, Hotel Domir, Windsor or Radisson SAS
- Take bus 2 if you are staying at: Hotel Plaza or Hotel Ydes and Hotel Domir
- Take your own pick if you are staying at none of the above.
Afternoon busses
Afternoon busses leave from the main entrance going to the centre of the city and the hotels:

| Saturday, Aug. 21st: | Leave at 5.15 pm |
| Sunday, Aug. 22nd: | Leave at 5.15 pm for the hotels, hereafter departing for the dinner venue at 6:30 pm for those registrered for this event |
| Monday, Aug. 23rd: | Leave at 4 pm |
In order to arrange for an efficient transportation we kindly ask you to be by the busses on time. This is specifically important in the mornings.
If you miss the morning group transportation to the conference venue you can catch public transportation at the central station.
Public transportation
Choose bus no. 40 or 41 directions "Universitetet" and stay on the bus until the final stop.
On weekdays the bus leaves the central station every 10 minutes. On Saturday it has 4 hourly departures, while on Sunday it only has 2 beginning at 10:25 am.
The cost is 18 DKK for a one-way ticket. Be sure to have the amount in coins, as the bus drives are not able to accept notes.
Taxi
Your hotel will book you a taxi upon request.
Conference facilities
Every morning the conference starts with Keynote and Plenum Talk in the Auditorium U45. The room is equipped with multimedia projector, laptop and sound system.
The parallel sessions will take place in the conference section, where all the meals also are served.
Registration
We have arranged a Welcome Reception at the conference section at Campus on Thursday 19 at 17:00 -19:30. Here you can register for the conference, meet the other participants and have a small bite and a free drink.
If possible, we urge you to register at the Welcome Reception to prevent that 250 participants want to register on the morning of August 20.
